The Paolo Procacci Foundation has established the Stefano Ischia Prize.
This prize is in honor and memory of the Internationally known Pain Physician, Stefano Ischia. His contributions to the treatment of Cancer Pain has provided help and comfort for thousands of cancer patients.
The Roma Pain Days Scientific Committee will confer this prize upon the young scientist with the best research presentation done during the 2021 Roma Pain Days Congress.
The prize will provide free registration and conference expenses to the Roma Pain Days Congress in 2022.
In addition, he/she, will also be granted free publication on the topic of their presentation (or other topic) in the Cureus Academic Channel of the Paolo Procaci Foundation.
This prize is open to all young scientist attendees of the 2021 Roma Pain Days who are younger than 40 years old.
